Using an evidence-based approach, we assess, plan, act, and evaluate. We provide resources and exercises to encourage a growth mindset that utilizes incremental habit changes and accountability to get our leaders to the next level.

We recognize that leaders of color face specific challenges and opportunities in the workplace. Being the first, few, or only leaders of color within an organization can negatively impact leaders, causing mental health issues, exhaustion, and burnout. We specialize in curated executive coaching for Black and Brown leaders to provide a supportive environment while equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in the corporate setting.
To build a REDI organization takes time, investment and collaboration between multiple partners and stakeholders who are inspired and motivated to take action. Through our four (4) phase, eight (8) step process we lead you through a comprehensive planning process to create a strategic plan that is aligned with your values.
Our group coaching sessions for individual contributors and first-line managers introduce the coaching process. The group decides group norms and rules of engagement at the beginning of the engagement. The cadence of the meetings is once or twice a month for 6-12 months. Members are allowed an individual session monthly to discuss critical issues and to get ongoing support.
