Our Work

Health Resources Solutions partners with people and organizations that want to ensure programs, policies and systems are healthy and equitable.

We develop strategies to address systemic barriers to Racial Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (REDI) through Organizational Development, Training and Technical Assistance, Management and Leadership Development and Research and Evaluation.

Using the RICH ™ approach to leadership,  where individuals are: Ready and willing to transform, Inspired to take action, Creating a Diverse and Inclusive Culture, while Honoring each person’s journey.

Our goal is to provide individuals and organizations with the tools to increase their capacity to advance racial equity through systematic, institutional, community, and global change.

Health Resources Solutions views complex societal issues through an equity lens

Through our partnerships with organizations and leaders dedicated to systemic inequities in health, education, philanthropy, technology, academia, and other areas, we ensure operational goals are achieved and measurable outcomes attained.
